We now offer classes in Nordic Walking accredited by BNWA, the British Nordic Walking Association. Nordic Walking is a great way to keep fit, exercising 90% of the body's skeletal muscles and burning up to 46% more calories than ordinary walking. Nordic Walking improves heart and lung function, relieves back, neck and shoulder pain, and improves core strength and endurance, while kind on the joints.
